L.H.H.S. F.B.L.A. students are successful at State competition

4/24/2014- Lake Havasu High School F.B.L.A. (Future Business Leaders of America) students attended a state leadership conference earlier this month and three members of the team won awards which qualified them for the national competition this June in Nashville, Tennessee. Student Kevin placed first in the E-Business competitive event, student Ashley took second place in Client Service, and student Hunter took second place in Public Speaking. Students Nicole, Ashley, and James took fifth place in the Marketing team event. They each received a plaque, but did not qualify for Nationals.

Congratulations to all the F.B.L.A. students who participated in the state leadership conference and the associated competitions, and congratulations to club sponsor and Lake Havasu High School Business Systems teacher Laura Denny. Good luck at nationals.
